Scope of the work

TIME has been in the competitive exam coaching industry for the last 25 years and has marched ahead of competition by using technology to its best. Now the team has started their journey towards building data analytics platforms to identify opportunities for optimization & innovation. TIME has engaged team Aurora to build technological platforms to enable them in analyzing complex data-sets and find opportunities for next level growth. We were expected to build applications that work in tandem with the existing applications. This demands us to understand the existing setup and deliver solutions that can enable them in their pursuit of innovative solutions.

Aurora Impact

We started the activity by deeply engaging with the client in brainstorming sessions to understand the existing system architecture. A clean & efficient solution was discussed in our brain storming sessions to create the required data analytics platform. As the new application will be working along with the existing setup, the application development activity needed the collaboration of two teams from two different locations. The application will be working deployed in multiple geo-locations across the country and the case demanded us to understand the requirement of different stakeholders in the system and their use cases. We have designed and developed the custom application to gather and analyze different data points.
